Qualifications:

Social Worker is required to hold a Master of Social Work degree from an accredited graduate school of social work. Have and maintain a current, unrestricted license to practice social work in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Have a minimum of 2 years within the past 5 years in the independent practice of clinical social work in child, adolescent and family therapy. Preference will be given to a social worker having completed a fellowship in child and family therapy.
